What about people that show up to an appointment on time or a little early and end up sitting and waiting hours.

lol...no joke. I have waited a LONG time...but I get what you are saying. I know I need to work on that.

My PC has a sign in his waiting area, if you haven't been called in 20 minutes, come back to the front desk...I have never had to wait a long time for him...
Its true. Its also true that people that just show up and expect to be seen without waiting. If you don't have an appointment, you are a work-in. That means we work you in when we can, not when its good for you. Thats why Drs have schedules...
