Monday, Monday

Mondays are rough at the doctor's office. The only day worse than Monday is Friday. See, most people get sick at the beginning of the week and then wait until the very last minute and just HAVE to be seen on Friday. Those who don't come on Friday wait until Monday and just HAVE to be seen. Monday spills over into Tuesday, Wednesday levels off, then Thursday is dead, then BAM Friday hits like a Mack truck. Ugh. It's one of those Mondays. We were doing so well, then someone showed up late and now we are behind. I work for a doctor who does not run behind. He is, for the most part, very punctual. The only time we ever get behind is when someone shows up late. He usually sees the tardy people if they aren't more than 15 minutes late. Any later than that and they have to reschedule. Three people have been late today. It's frustrating. On top of all this, I have a screaming headache. Pray for me.
